Asbestos Survey Dorchester. An Asbestos Refurbishment & Demolition survey to some barns at Down Farm, Dorchester. The barns are being refurbished and turned into a holiday let.
Some asbestos was found by Danguard to the ceiling in one part of the barn (asbestos cement board) and some cloth flash guards to some old electrical boxing. Samples were taken of the window putty to the old crittle windows but tested negative. Some window putties can be found to contain asbestos.
Danguard expect to be called back later in the year to carry out another survey to some more of the barns.
